We have unique manufacturing capacities in the field of large-format screen printing. The long experience of our staff and the applied technique and technology – this allowed us to perfectly master halftone printing, so we can transfer the effects of your picture onto textile carriers. We provide different screen printing services at the client’s request. The art of printing has no secrets to us.
Additionally, we make the widest formats on the market! We can prepare a screen (printing matrices) in Jet Screen technique even as large as 3.5 m x 6 m! Using Jet Screen, the printed large-size image is created in the latest technology of 256 jets, by electronic transfer from a computer directly to a covered screen at an excellent resolution of 633 x 633 dpi.
We also make aluminium frameworks for printing matrices at various formats and sections. Our services also include tensioning the frameworks with a printing mesh; for this we use Safar system, which ensures optimum tensioning. But what is most important, we provide exposure services using the CTS (computer to screen) technique, for various industries such as advertising, decoration, glass production or construction.

Digital printing
Effect-System is a printing expert also in digital printing on natural fabrics such as flax, cotton, bamboo or viscose – the maximum print width is even 240 cm! A modern digital printer for natural fabrics by the reputable brand Reggiani is one of few similar printers available in Poland. We use RIP software, which controls the system thus ensuring a unique quality and repeatability of printouts, which allows us to achieve a native printing resolution of 600 dpi. Moreover, we can print 200 mb in just one hour!
